By Wednesday, my dusty car will be shiny black, and I will be buzzing down the highway toward the place where my dad grew up. In Indiana, I will not only have the privilege of visiting my grandma and my aunts and maybe a cousin or two, I will also be doing a book signing at Better World Books in Goshen. The book signing will be held on Friday, October 6, from 6-8 p.m. If you live near the vicinity of Goshen, I would love to meet and chat with you and would be more than happy to autograph your copy of Anything But Simple.
If you can’t make it Friday evening, know that I will also be selling books at the “Shipshewana Across the Road” Indoor Market on both Friday and Saturday. Maybe I will see you there!
It’s a blessing to have family.
Yes it is!
Lucinda — You go, girl!
(I’ll be at the Writers’ Institute at UW-Madison in April, I hope to see you there).
Thank you, Laurie. And I will definitely consider going to the Institute now. Thanks for letting me know.
A dynamic duo: Connecting with family and promoting your book making new friends. Way to go, Lucinda!
Have a safe trip and blessings to you as you connect with family and meet new friends. I have really enjoyed reading your book. This morning as I was reading the Sept. 25, 2017 Mennonite World Review I read the article about your book in the “book review” section :)
