Truth. “It’s not necessarily because of choices that things turn out differently for different people…” I often wish I could make stuff be fair, particularly when I feel like it would be better for a friend not to experience the hard thing they are going through.
Sometimes I yearn to see the big picture, but where would faith be then?
Remember Kent Brantley, the doctor who contracted Ebola in Liberia? He said, “Faith is what put me in a position to get this virus. I have learned that faith is not about being safe.”
