I Saw Something Interesting on my Way through Labor Day

A snake sunning itself.

Rocks worn smooth by water…

and shaped into ripples.

The way of a man with a maid. (Especially interesting when the man happens to be my little brother.)

My mom snapping photos…

…and the hunched, arm-swinging posture of rock walkers.

Last but not least, I enjoyed the interesting sight of a guy from my church trying parasailing for the first time. I wasn’t there to see it in person, but I laughed at the video. Maybe you will, too.

  1. Oh that video made my day😊😊😊😊. That would have been me. Thank you for sharing the pictures. Looks like it was a fun, blessed day😊

  2. Lucinda — In the big scheme of things, I understand the importance of snakes. But gosh, they scare me. I also understand the importance of laughter. That video clip is hysterical!

  3. I was looking for a ship and an eagle!!! Pr 30:18-19 There be three things which are too wonderful for me, yea, four which I know not: The way of an eagle in the air; the way of a serpent upon a rock; the way of a ship in the midst of the sea; and the way of a man with a maid. ;-)
